“Making technological red wines: obtaining premium wines”

As part of our “From oenologist to oenologist…” philosophy, on 6 June 2019 we organised a technical conference in the Auditorium of the prestigious winery Virgen de las Viñas.

The day started with presentation: “Making technological red wines: obtaining premium wines” by our colleague Luis Cotanda of AGROVIN’s technical department.

This was followed by a case study by Ana María Ramírez, winemaker of Bodegas E & J Gallo, a leading family-run winery in America.

The day ended with a wine tasting “World trends in red wines 2019”, led by Almudena Alberca from Master of Wine.
