During the vinification of red varieties:
- Promoting color stability and protecting the most easily oxidizable polyphenols.
- In short maceration vinifications.
- In harvests of poor sanitary quality. Tanicol XE shortens maceration times and has a high antioxidant character.
- The liquid formulation of Tanicol XE facilitates its use in wine.
