APPLICATION

  • Treatment of all types of wine with alcoholic fermentation stop. There is a specific working protocol for the reactivation of fermentations with this strain.
  • Fermentation of must or grapes with high alcoholic potential (> 15 %vol.)
  • Winemaking from overripe grapes.
