APPLICATION

  • Strain recommended for the production of young red wines with short macerations and rosé wines from grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Syrah or Merlot. Fresh, complex and varietal wines with structure and complexity.
  • Production of highly aromatic wines from grape varieties such as Gewürztraminer and Moscatel, where the aromatic esters of the yeast are complementary.
