CHARACTERISTICS

Its rapid dormancy phase and capacity for implantation make it interesting from the beginning of the harvest to its use in late harvests. Strain capable of fermenting at a wide range of temperatures and with very clarified musts.

  • Particularly suitable for the production of white wines of neutral varieties.
  • Controlled fermentation of neutral varieties with highly clarified musts.
  • Production of fresh and floral rosé and red wines.
  • Fermentation in large volumes.
