CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent fining action, it effectively balances the polyphenolic structure, taking care of the wine structure. The wine retains its aging potential and aromatic qualities. Its liquid presentation facilitates its use. Due to its low degree of hydrolysis, it does not produce over-sizing.

APPLICATION

Clarification of structured red wines with high polyphenolic load, aged red wines and white and rosé wines. Its application is appropriate for high-end wines, where respect for varietal expression is fundamental during fining treatments. Suitable for must flotation
