TRIPLEX R
Triplex R is a complex winemaking adjuvant that combines the individual actions of bentonite, PVPP and oenological carbon creating synergistic effects on clarification.
CHARACTERISTICS
Removes polyphenols responsible for color development in rosé wines. Removes proteins. With the use of Triplex R, paler shades of pink are obtained.
APPLICATION
Triplex R is used in the production of rosé wines.
DOSAGE
Must: 50 – 70 g/hl
