Proveget BC is a fermentation clarifier based on vegetable pea protein and selected bentonites. The objective of this formulation is to substantially improve the limpidity of the newly elaborated wine in a shorter time, eliminate oxidizable and oxidized compounds, and contribute to protein stabilization.
The formulation with vegetable pea protein and bentonite causes Proveget BC to flocculate at a high rate producing more compact lees and higher yields.
The mixture of bentonites of different nature combines the correct elimination of proteins with a greater compaction, reducing wine losses.
Proveget BC is an allergen-free product. Non-GMO.
