Ovovin is egg albumin powder especially indicated for the fining of red wines.
APPLICATION
- Clarification of red wines. Facilitates the tannic and polyphenolic stability of the wine.
- Clarification of white wines. It is advisable to add oenological tannin (Galitan) beforehand to achieve a better clarification result.
- Clarification of ciders and vinegars.
