Agrovin launches a new edition of its “harvest catalogs”

A highly valuable and useful tool for winemakers and viticulture experts, which speeds up the search for innovative solutions in the production of all types of wines.

 

June 4, 2024. – The company specialized in winemaking solutions and applications AGROVIN launches its ‘Vintage Catalogs 2024’, a content created with the purpose of providing winemakers and experts in the sector with specialized advice and a clear guide of the resources available to solve the different problems that may arise throughout the winemaking process.

The new edition includes two detailed catalogs with different approaches. In the Harvest Catalog dedicated to winemaking proposals, the Agrovin team has compiled ideas and techniques to extend the life of white wines, optimize the quality of second must, improve the aromatic profile, color and smoothness of rosé wines, achieve structured red wines without astringency or the treatment of vintages with a high microbiological load, among other topics. Thus, the proposal moves away from the concept of a commercial catalog to become an authentic consultation tool that offers suggestions, combinations and recommendations adjusted to the winemaking needs and trends of the moment.

 

On the other hand, the Harvest Catalog focused on oenological solutions is an essential guide to avoid getting lost among the wide variety of products and applications available to solve issues related to such diverse aspects as microbiological control, antioxidants, nutrients, yeasts, enzymes, flotation, tannins, polysaccharides, aromas, lactic acid bacteria, clarifying agents… Its intuitive structure, divided into typologies, is complemented by the presence of comparative tables that facilitate the choice of the most suitable solution for each specific case.

 

Both Vintage Catalogs are available in Spanish and Catalan, and can be downloaded free of charge from the Agrovin website.
