GOMASOL PRO
Gomasol PRO is a concentrated solution of 100% Acacia senegal gum Arabic (Acacia verek).
CHARACTERISTICS
- High colloidal protection, particularly of the coloring matter.
- It comes from the strict selection of the best raw materials, and is obtained through a natural production process, without chemical treatments, by solubilization and purification, whose purpose is to maintain practically intact the dimensions and structure of the rubber.
APPLICATION
Ideal for the stabilization of red wines.

YOUNG RED WINE: 100 – 200 ml/hl
RED WINES OLDER THAN ONE YEAR WHITE AND ROSÉ WINES: 70 – 100 ml/hl
