“New tools in the management and control of wine fermentation, intelligent winemakers”

During the 15th, 16th and 17th of March 2018, the II Congress of the Official Oenology College of Castilla-La Mancha was held in the Municipal Auditorium of Cuenca.

This year it had the participation of more than 200 attendees, all related to the wine world and with the aim of recognizing the figure of the winemaker, as explained by Dean Miguel Ruescas, in his presentation speech.

In addition, the Congress had the pleasure of having the collaboration of 28 companies, thus offering all those present a series of very interesting presentations for all lovers of the wine sector.

And, as it could not be otherwise, AGROVIN was part of this great act. With the presentation “New tools in the management and control of wine fermentation, intelligent winemakers” by Ricardo Jurado of the Department of Technological Innovations, explaining how the tradition can be accompanied by innovation.

We also have our Stand where any assistant could approach us to request any type of information that we wish to our personnel there present.

In conclusion, this second Congress of the Official Oenology College of Castilla-La Mancha, fulfilled its main mission, to promote the culture of wine and show all kinds of knowledge and innovations in the field of Enology.
