- Technology, tastings, and a carefully designed atmosphere were the keys for the space to become one of the main meeting points for attendees.
- The sustainability, design, originality, and product integration of the AGROVIN Group stand were recognized by the organization.
February 17, 2025. – ENOMAQ, the leading winemaking machinery and technology fair in the Spanish market, held its biannual event on February 11-13. AGROVIN Group took advantage of the event to create a meeting space for numerous professionals in which technology, oenological solutions, and tastings focused on a selection of differential wines, were the keys to the success of these three days.
The guided tastings, attended by more than 125 professionals from the sector, were in high demand since their launch, weeks before the fair was held. The tastings offered a tour of different winegrowing areas, presenting classic and lesser-known varieties. Whites from winegrowing areas traditionally dominated by reds, a tour of Chile from north to south that showed the impact of the different valleys in their sauvignon blanc, and a selection of chardonnay from Burgundy were the proposals that starred in each of the sessions held.
The event was the perfect excuse for attendees to visit the Agrovin Group stand to learn about the revolutionary Ultrawine Perseo ultrasound technology for oenology, as well as other outstanding references in machinery for wineries. Among them, the solutions focused on the management of rinsing, filling, corking, capping, and labeling of bottles, in which Agrovin is committed to a clear differentiation in quality based on its technological equipment, compact design, and versatility.
Visitors also had the opportunity to explore other resources that Agrovin Group makes available to winemakers and wineries, such as its mobile application with winemaking calculator, sensation map, and refining products that facilitate daily work; or the recently inaugurated Experimental Winery, part of the European Smartwinery project that Agrovin is developing in collaboration with the Wine Technology Platform, the University of Murcia, and the Greek company Neuropublic.
Professionals in attendance were very interested in the possibilities offered by this Experimental Winery, an environment that recreates, on a small scale, the conditions of a real winery equipped with the latest technological advances, which facilitates the performance of tests with small volumes of product to assess the impact of each technology on the final quality of the wine.
The final touch to Agrovin Group’s successful participation in ENOMAQ 2025 came from the event’s own organization, which awarded it the “Award for sustainability, design, originality and integration of the stand’s product”.
