Technology in synergy with oenology
As part of our “From oenologist to oenologist…” philosophy, we organised a technical conference in Yecla: “Technology in synergy with oenology”.
The venue chosen this time was the Señorío de Barahonda winery.
The conference started with a welcome coffee for all attendees, followed by the first presentation: “Application of new technologies in the wine sector”. We then continued discussing “The 3 dimensions of wine: aroma, structure and colour”.
This was followed by a tasting session of wines from the Levante region in Spain produced using AGROVIN technology.
The day ended with a guided tour of the winery’s facilities, lunch and a tasting of the winery’s wines.
