ACTIPASA GREEN
Actipase GREEN is an inorganic fermentation activator that is rapidly assimilated by the yeasts involved in alcoholic fermentation. Formulation suitable for the production of organic wines, according to EU Regulation 203/2012.
CHARACTERISTICS
Sulfate-free: assimilable nitrogen is supplied exclusively in the form of ammonium phosphate.
APPLICATION
It can be used: During alcoholic fermentation for:
- To compensate for nitrogen deficiencies in the must.
- Facilitate cell multiplication.
- Significantly improve medium conditions by enhancing the viability of yeast populations.
