Proveget Premium is a vegetable clarifier obtained from pea protein through a more respectful production process. The non-drastic alternation of temperatures causes an extraction that allows the protein to be released from the plant structures, thus providing a higher active fraction of solubilized plant protein.
This treatment process allows a conformational change of the protein, thus achieving a higher reactivity. As a result, the removal of particles, including oxidized and potentially oxidizable elements, is accelerated. In addition, the floc is more compact, which significantly improves the yield.
