Vinigel SEDA is a purified liquid gelatin, moderately hydrolyzed, obtained from collagen substances.
CHARACTERISTICS
Excellent clarifying action, eliminates astringency, providing smoothness in the mouth without losing intensity or aromatic quality. The result is round wines, without edges but with a full nose.
Its liquid presentation facilitates its use.
