CHARACTERISTICS

Proveget Lumière is an innovative oenological tool designed for the selective removal of polyphenols responsible for browning in white and rosé wines. Its formulation optimizes the wine’s stability and quality through a combination of specific agents:

  • Highly reactive plant protein: Effective in removing oxidized and oxidizable polyphenols.
  • Yeast protein extract: Acts on highly reactive polyphenols, reducing their impact on wine evolution.
  • Natural bentonite: Aids in lees compaction.
  • Inactive yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae): Contributes to antioxidant protection and fining, improving mouthfeel.

This formulation allows for effective and balanced treatment, enhancing the wine’s stability and aromatic expression.

BENEFITS OF PROVEGET LUMIÈRE IN WINE FINING

  • Improves wine hue, enhancing pale and bright nuances.
  • Reduces bound sulfur dioxide, increasing wine stability.
