ROBLETAN ICÔNE
Refined tannin that integrates the tannic and organoleptic contribution of the wood. Recommended in the case of second and third use barrels, which have already exhausted the transfer of tannic constituents. Also when it is not possible to keep the wine in barrel for a sufficient time.
APPLICATION
- In finished wine, during refining and prior to bottling, it provides antioxidant capacity and balances the structure and body of the wine, improving its taste aspects.
- During barrel or tank aging to direct the wine’s evolution process.
DOSAGE
White wine: 1 – 10 g/hl
Red wine: 2 – 20 g/hl
