VINIGEL PLATINUM
Vinigel PLATINUM is a purified and slightly hydrolyzed gelatin obtained from collagenous substances. Excellent fining action, it effectively balances the polyphenolic structure, taking care of the wine structure. The wine retains its aging potential and aromatic qualities.
APPLICATION
Clarification of structured red wines with high polyphenolic load. Crianza red wines.
Its application is appropriate for high-end wines, where respect for varietal expression is fundamental during fining treatments.
Suitable for must flotation.
