“Making technological red wines”

As part of our “From oenologist to oenologist…” philosophy, we organised on 4 June a technical conference in Peñafiel (Valladolid) entitled “Red wines set the trend”.

The conference started with the presentation “Making technological red wines” by our colleague Luis Cotanda of AGROVIN’s technical department.

This was followed by a case study by Ana María Ramírez, winemaker of Bodegas E & J Gallo, a leading family-run winery in America.

As a perfect ending, Pablo Ossorio, Oenoconsulting’s wine consultant proposed a tasting of wines from various regions around the world.
