Technical conference: Nitrogenous nutrition
SERMIA organised a technical seminar with the participation of those companies that distribute their products in Bulgaria through this distributor; companies such as: AGROVIN, Ramondin and Sylvent Barricas.
The seminar talks focused on wines of the 42nd parallel.
Our colleague Luis Cotanda, from the technical department, represented AGROVIN at this event by giving different talks on Rueda and the NutriAroma Project: “Nitrogenous nutrition and its effect on the release of varietal thiol aromas by yeast”. He also spoke about the wines from Provence, and finally, attendees enjoyed a “talk/tasting” session about the region of La Rioja.
