WIN EXPO 2024

This December 5, Grupo Agrovin will be present at the 12th edition of WIN Expo, one of the most important wine industry fairs in North America.

In recent years, the North Coast Wine Industry Expo, with more than 3,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors, has become one of the main events at which to discover the latest technologies and innovative products in the wine industry.

From Grupo Agrovin, we will present our Ultrawine Perseo system, an equipment that improves wine quality and optimizes the winemaking process through ultrasound. You can find it on display at our booth (number 417) and learn more about the potential of ultrasound in the wine industry.

In addition, from 11:30 to 12:30 we will give a lecture on “Using ultrasound to maximize grape potential“, which will be accompanied by a demonstration tasting.

The presentation will be given by Jason Rodriguez, country manager of Agrovin USA and Federico Casassa, professor of Enology and Wine Sensory Analysis at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.

During the session, they will explain, through test tastings, how the use of ultrasound can enhance the extraction of grape compounds.
