APPLICATION

Prior to bottling:

  • Soft tannins, not at all astringent, which give structure and sensory quality to the wine.
  • Aromatic complexity and varietal definition.
  • Increased volume in the mouth and stability of aromas over time.

A previous laboratory test is recommended to determine the optimum dose.

DOSAGE

Red wines 10-60g/hl

Rosés and whites 2-30g/hl
