Croer DO is a water vapor activated carbon produced from pine wood. It is characterized by a large number of micro and mesopores suitable for the elimination of small molecules.

APPLICATION

Eliminate reduction aromas in musts and white wines.

COMPOSITION

Croer DO Pine wood activated carbon.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Dissolve Croer DO in 2 times its weight in the product to be treated.
  2. Incorporate the solution to the total volume of the product to be treated by means of a pump, until complete homogenization.
  3. Leave to act for 2 hours, until decanted.
  4. Filter the product to eliminate the carbon that has remained in suspension.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES

The application of Croer DO has a deodorizing effect, as well as the elimination of contaminating compounds.

DOSAGE

Recommended dose: 5 – 10 g/hl

Maximum authorized dose: 100 g/hl.
