Viniferm 3D, yeast for Mediterranean wines, enables the development of the aromatic and taste characteristics of quality red grapes. On the palate, it intensifies the aftertaste and adds presence and volume, nuancing the phenolic fraction, smoothing astringency and enhancing the sweet tannins.
