At Agrovin, we reaffirm our commitment to a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency and compliance with current legislation. With more than 65 years of experience in the wine industry, we understand that integrity is fundamental to maintain the trust of our staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
For this reason, we provide everyone with an Ethics Channel, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption. This channel allows us to report, confidentially and securely, any irregular conduct or conduct contrary to our ethical and regulatory principles.
Ethical Channel Guiding Principles
The operation of our Ethical Channel is governed by the following principles:
Independence and Autonomy
The channel is managed independently, guaranteeing objectivity in the treatment of communications.
Confidentiality
The identity of the informant and the persons concerned is preserved by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures. Likewise, the submission and processing of anonymous communications is allowed.
Whistleblower Protection
Persons reporting in good faith are protected from retaliation. This protection extends even when the information reported turns out to be inaccurate, provided that they have acted honestly and without intent to cause harm.
Protection of Affected Persons and Third Parties
The protection of the identity and rights of the persons involved in the communication, as well as of any third parties mentioned, is guaranteed during all phases of the procedure.
Access to the Ethical Channel
To facilitate access and use of the Ethics Channel, we have enabled a secure and easy-to-use digital platform. Through it, new communications can be made, as well as follow up on those already submitted.
We invite all members of our community to use this channel to report any irregularities or conduct contrary to our values and principles. Your collaboration is essential to maintain a work environment of integrity and transparency.
