FREEK R2W
The treatment with the FreeK+ System of rosé or red wines causes the adsorption of anthocyanins on the resins. In order to work with white wines after treatment of the former, it is necessary to carry out a decolorization using the special detergent FreeK+ R2W.
CHARACTERISTICS
With the proposed decolorization system there is no need for resin replacement and it is possible to use the same column for white wine treatments after rosé or red wine treatments.
APPLICATION
FreeK+ R2W detergent is a strongly alkaline liquid specifically for the decolorization of cation exchange resins in FreeK+ Systems.
DOSAGE
Dilute 2 carafes (40 liters) of FreeK+ R2W Detergent in 210 liters of water.
