La Vinothèque a Vic-la-Gardiole

We are pleased to invite you to our technical day “La vinothèque”. Our idea is to create a space where we can share and discover the new opportunities of today’s oenology.

Laurent Chancholle, Oenologist Conseil Chancholle Consultant S.A.S., will be with us that day to talk about “Varietal thiols: a natural reserve to be promoted, revealed and protected”.

We will continue with Ana Escudero, professor at the Department of Analytical Chemistry of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Zaragoza, with whom we will discuss about:

“How to control the aroma of wine? Nature, formation and evolution of varietal aroma (varietal thiols)”.
