Anti-oxidase: Destr\u00f3i oxidases, prevenindo fissuras.<\/li>\n<li>Antimicrobiano: exerce actividade inibit\u00f3ria sobre leveduras, bact\u00e9rias l\u00e1cticas e bact\u00e9rias \u00e1cido-ac\u00e9ticas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CANDIDATURA<\/h3>\n<p>Em mosto e\/ou vinho.<\/p>\n<h3>DOSAGEM<\/h3>\n<p>Dose normal de colheita:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enxofre 6 50 &#8211; 133 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<li>Enxofre 10 30 &#8211; 80 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<li>Enxofre 15 20 &#8211; 53 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<li>Enxofre 18 17 &#8211; 44 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A dosagem depende do estado de sa\u00fade das uvas e da acidez dos mostos e dos vinhos.<br \/>\nPara a sua dosagem correcta \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio indicar que 1 litro de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O enxofre 6 fornece 60 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<li>O enxofre 10 fornece 100 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<li>O enxofre 15 fornece 150 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<li>O enxofre 18 fornece 180 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O teor total de di\u00f3xido de enxofre n\u00e3o pode exceder 150 mg\/l para os vinhos tintos e 200 mg\/l para os vinhos brancos e ros\u00e9s.
