A sua ac\u00e7\u00e3o consiste em derrubar as paredes das c\u00e9lulas do<br \/>\nBact\u00e9rias Gram-positivas, incluindo bact\u00e9rias l\u00e1cticas (Oenococcus, Pediococcus e Lactobacillus).<\/p>\n<p>A lisozima n\u00e3o \u00e9 activa contra bact\u00e9rias Gram-negativas como as bact\u00e9rias do \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico, porque a sua estrutura da parede celular \u00e9 diferente e mais resistente.
