Desta forma, os processos que impedem a prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de microrganismos indesej\u00e1veis baseiam-se na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias pr\u00f3ximas da natureza da vinha e que em caso algum t\u00eam um processo de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica no seu desenvolvimento (n\u00e3o OGM).
