Anti-oxydase : D\u00e9truit les oxydases, emp\u00eachant ainsi les fissures.<\/li>\n<li>Antimicrobien : exerce une activit\u00e9 inhibitrice sur les levures, les bact\u00e9ries lactiques et les bact\u00e9ries ac\u00e9tiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>APPLICATION<\/h3>\n<p>Sur le mo\u00fbt et\/ou le vin.<\/p>\n<h3>DOSAGE<\/h3>\n<p>Dose normale de r\u00e9colte :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soufre 6 50 &#8211; 133 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<li>Soufre 10 30 &#8211; 80 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<li>Soufre 15 20 &#8211; 53 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<li>Soufre 18 17 &#8211; 44 ml\/hl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le dosage d\u00e9pend de l&#8217;\u00e9tat sanitaire des raisins et de l&#8217;acidit\u00e9 des mo\u00fbts et des vins.<br \/>\nPour son dosage correct il est n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;indiquer que 1 litre de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le soufre 6 fournit 60 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<li>Le soufre 10 fournit 100 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<li>Le soufre 15 fournit 150 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<li>Le soufre 18 fournit 180 g\/l de SO2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La teneur totale en anhydride sulfureux ne peut d\u00e9passer 150 mg\/l pour les vins rouges et 200 mg\/l pour les vins blancs et ros\u00e9s.
