Aujourd’hui, SERMIA a organis\u00e9 un s\u00e9minaire technique auquel ont particip\u00e9 les entreprises op\u00e9rant en Bulgarie via ce distributeur, tels que\u00a0: AGROVIN, Ramondin et Sylvent Barricas.<\/p>\n

Les discours qui ont eu lieu se sont focalis\u00e9s sur les vins du 42e parall\u00e8le.<\/p>\n

Notre coll\u00e8gue Luis Cotanda, du d\u00e9partement technique, \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent au nom d’AGROVIN. Ce dernier a tenu plusieurs discours au sujet de Rueda et du projet NutriAroma intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0La nutrition azot\u00e9e et son influence sur la lib\u00e9ration des ar\u00f4mes de thiol vari\u00e9taux par la levure\u00a0\u00bb. Il a \u00e9galement parl\u00e9 des vins de Provence et pour conclure sa pr\u00e9sentation, les participants ont pu profiter d’un \u00ab\u00a0discours\/d\u00e9gustation\u00a0\u00bb sur La Rioja.<\/p>\n
