At low temperatures its hydrolysis is slower.<\/p>\n<p>Metavimon has a high esterification rate.<\/p>\n<h3>APPLICATION<\/h3>\n<p>Indicated for tartarically unstable white, ros\u00e9 and red wines, where it is necessary to avoid precipitations due to tartaric salts.<\/p>\n<h3>DOSAGE<\/h3>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div
