These ions add to the total calcium content of the wine. Thus, deacidification will be achieved by neutralizing the excess acidity of the musts by salting.<\/p>\n<h3>APPLICATION<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At harvest, as a must de-acidifier.<\/li>\n<li>In white, ros\u00e9 and red wines for acidity correction during winemaking processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>DOSAGE<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must\/Wine 0.2 &#8211;
