Colour stabilisation during fermentation and new technologies in the production process<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

AGROVIN <\/strong>organised a Technical Conference<\/strong> on 21, 22 and 23 May for our neighbours and friends in Portugal.<\/p>\n

During the conference we visited 3 wineries. On Wednesday 21 May the day was spent at Adega Cooperativa Vidigueira \u2013 Cuba&Alvito. C.R.L; on 22 May we visited Herdade do Espor\u00e3o; and on the last day, 23 May, we were welcomed by our colleagues from Adega Quinta Do Seixo-Sandeman.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, our colleague Miguel Mart\u00ednez, AGROVIN\u2019s sales engineer, was in charge of talking about relevant and topical subjects such as \u201cColour stabilisation during fermentation and new technologies in the production process\u201d<\/strong>, where various solutions were proposed, both in the form of products and equipment.<\/p>\n

Attendees not only learned and received interesting information for the future grape harvesting season, but they also enjoyed the incredible location and scenery.<\/p>\n

We would like to give special thanks to the 3 wineries for letting us use their facilities to make of this conference a complete success.<\/p>\n
