“Round wines with triangular grapes”<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

Nearly a hundred winemakers and professionals from the wine world gathered for another year in San Andr\u00e9s (Bodega Casal de Arm\u00e1n), in the 3rd Edition of the Galician Oenological Encounter organized by the Galician Association of Oenologists.<\/p>\n

The attendees enjoyed several conferences that took place during the meeting, with innovation and sustainability being the main themes.<\/p>\n

“Round wines with triangular grapes”, this was the title of the presentation of the Technical Department of AGROVIN and that Carlos Hern\u00e1ndez exposed to the attendees. He spoke about the production of red wines with grapes without adequate maturation and about the possible effects of climate change on grapes and the need to combat them with the right tools.<\/p>\n

As a final point, the day ended with a tasting of white wines treated with oak.<\/p>\n
