The general objective of the project is to carry out strategic, multidisciplinary and interregional research in the field of viticulture at national level, which will enable the generation of scientific-technical knowledge whose application should lay the foundations for a new way of understanding the future positioning of the winery sector and the auxiliary wine industry in the face of climate change.
