<\/strong>Development, implementation and commissioning of a new real-time monitoring system for wines aged in barrels, without the need for sampling or alterations in the interior environment of the barrel, ensuring the maintenance of the organoleptic qualities and quality of the wines.<\/p><p>With this initiative and together with the UVaMOX research group, AGROVIN will develop an intelligent cap with various integrated sensors together with a technological support that collects and analyzes the results obtained.<\/p><p>This project has the financial support of the European Union through
